das ist wirklich normal, wenn auch ärgerlich.
An vielen Stellen wird schon dazu geraten, möglichst Fahrgemeinschaften zu bilden oder öffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen, wenn möglich.
Außerdem habe ich auf Krankenhaus Parkplätzen schon öfter so eine Parkplatzsperre gegen unerwünschte Fremdparker gesehen.
Gerade wenn man für seinen Parkplatz noch draufzahlt, wie viele Krankenschwestern, ist es doch umso ärgerlicher wenn da jemand Anderes draufsteht. In solchen Fällen sollte man konsequent Sperren anbringen, die nur der Parkplatzbesitzer wieder lösen kann. Manche stellen sich auch einfach vor Parkplätze, weil ihr Anliegen im Krankenhaus angeblich so viel wichtiger ist als das von jedem Anderen. Meiner Meinung nach sollte man gegen sowas gesalzene Bußgelder verteilen.

ich habe gerade meine Mutter im Krankenhaus besucht und festgestellt, dass man für die Parkplatzsuche ziemlich viel Zeit aufwenden muss. Als ich eine Krankenschwester darauf angesprochen habe ob sie einen Parkplatz Tipp für mich hätte, meinte sie, sie wäre bei dem Thema selber ratlos.
